Return and Refund Policy

Important Information

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after we receive your returned item.
  • There are no replacement or restocking fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are to be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia (details will be provided upon request).

Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@sylviaandgrace-boutique.co.uk within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process.
Returned items must be in original condition — unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Once your request has been received, our customer service team will provide you with:

  • The return shipping address, and
  • Step-by-step instructions for completing your return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as the customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please note that the return shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed within up to 14 days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If your refund is delayed beyond 14 days, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team for assistance.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@sylviaandgrace-boutique.co.uk.
Cancellations can only be processed before the order has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it must be handled as a return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sylviaandgrace-boutique.co.uk.
Include the following details:

  • Photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue
